Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Our wholesale program is open to retail shops, boutiques, gift shops, bookstores, floral shops, and other brick-and-mortar or online retailers looking to carry our greeting cards. We review every application personally to ensure a good fit.
How do I apply?
Simply fill out our wholesale application form here. Once submitted, we'll review your application and respond within 2–3 business days.
What are your minimum order requirements?
Our minimum opening order is 24 cards. Our minimum reorder is 12 cards.
Mix and match designs encouraged.
What discounts do wholesale customers receive?
Approved wholesale accounts receive 50% off retail with a minimum order quantity.
How do I see wholesale pricing?
Once your account is approved, simply log in to your account and wholesale pricing will automatically display on all wholesale products.
Do you require a resale certificate?
Yes. A valid resale or reseller's certificate is required for tax-exempt purchasing. You will be asked to provide this during the application process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

How long does shipping take?
As a small independent maker, we want to ensure every order is fulfilled with care. In-stock orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. If any items need to be restocked, we will contact you within 2 business days of your order with an estimated fulfillment timeline. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Can I return or exchange items?
All wholesale orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@giselechastain.com and we will make it right.
How do I place a reorder?
Simply log in to your wholesale account and shop as normal. Your wholesale pricing will automatically apply at checkout.
I haven't received my approval email — what should I do?
