Trying to get back into the swing of things and this post is a little late…but better late than never. 🙂 Truth be told, we're Grinches this year and took down our Christmas decor yesterday, but I did take some pics throughout the month…
Graham is growing up so quickly, finding humor and making me laugh every day…I LOVE this stage! I'll probably say that about every stage, but it'll be true. Despite some rough days/weeks here and there…at the end of the day…this kid is A-MAZING!! I smile just thinking about him. Ah 🙂
Aren't those pillows the cutest…thank you Target for making perfectly little pillows for my perfectly little couch at a perfectly delightful price, yeah!
Graham did awesome at opening gifts, should I have expected any different!? What kid doesn't love ripping paper and getting spoiled…and that he was…SPOILED!! He is definitely loved! My favorite was watching him stick his hand deep into his stocking to see what else he could pull out…perfection! I can imagine that holidays from now on will only get better!
Great things have been happening in the garage! Nate built me a plywood craft table before Christmas to replace my old sunken-in plastic card table that I've been using… The new one is simple and amazing…which makes me so happy!! Nate got some fun tools for Christmas too so he's been dreaming up some new fun projects!
I started a tradition last year of buying Nate the Hallmark Batman ornament for our tree…I think eventually they'll need their own tree but for now they hang out on our big tree. 🙂
Graham now has TWO pairs of shoes…I know, crazy! He of course learned to get them off quickly, thus defeating my plan to keep his feet warm outside. Oh well, they are adorable…it's amazing how grown up shoes make a kid look…like he's a real little person. Haha!
I got the Ikea cart I'd been dreaming of for Christmas (I'll admit…I feel like I got spoiled just as much as Graham) and I'm LOVING it! I finally got the chance to get it filled with my supplies and it makes me smile just looking at it…isn't it gorgeous!? Thanks Nannie and Pop!! 🙂
Ok, here's the deal with the Keurig…I'm obsessed! We bought one over a year ago and hated it, it tasted all plastic-y and cheap and I thought they were a waste. Then, we tried again, because lets be honest…they look cool, they are super convenient and in this house we all drink different strengths/brews (I know, I know…first world problems). Turns out, we had a defective one the first time and all love it now! It's dangerous.. I find myself craving coffee ALL-DAY-LONG! I'll just drink more water…right? 😉
And lastly, my prized (and a few times glued back together) owl ornament from my time at Happy Owl, my pre-school. Proof that I was into owls LONG before they were a fad and every store had them in every color shape and size.
I hope you all had an amazing holiday!
